To promote the digitisation of patent electronic application amendments, the Office of the Patent Attorney has decided to implement from January 2025 that those who submit the original application by electronic application shall, when submitting subsequent amendments, corrections or corrections to the statement of claim, first carry out the transfer of documents in accordance with the statement of claim of the new application, and those who fail to carry out the PDF transfer of documents by the transferring tool will be blocked in using the E-SET to send the documents and the timeliness of sending the documents will be affected.
